Brief summary:
I'm a biomolecular physicist by training, and my research projects were always focused on quantitative optical approaches to investigate biological/biomolecular systems. Optical techniques ranged from label-free spectroscopic approaches to fluorescence-related bioimaging. Biological samples ranged from in vitro models to fixed/living cells, to freely behaving mice.
